2 quick and easy dinners.

We had these meals this week. Quick, easy and healthy! 

Lightly fried Parmesan pork chops, mashed cauliflower with garlic powder, and Greek yogurt, and roasted carrots with thyme. 
             

Chicken Parmesan over organic pasta with organic tomato basil sauce and roasted asparagus.
             

My new favorite smoothie - grapefruit, frozen strawberries and some water. It's tart but delicious and makes me think of summer.

Super smoothie!

We love smoothies at our house and this one I made this morning was delicious and packed full of good stuff. 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves, 2 shredded carrots, 2 bananas, 12 oz of frozen blueberries, and 2 cups water created this deliciousness.
